Licentiate
If you'd like to train as a professional homeopath with less focus on the academic, our Licentiate course could be the choice for you. At the end of the course you'll receive a Licentiate in Homeopathy (LCHE) which qualifies you to practise as a homeopath and enrol with the professional homeopathy registers.
You can study part-time for four years, or full-time for three years.
You'll cover the same syllabus as the BSc (Hons) degree course for the first two or three years. The final year has a marked focus on the clinical skills and practical tools necessary to become a professional homeopath.
Part-time
Teaching takes place over 10 weekends a year, one weekend a month from September to June. The College day runs from 9.30am to 5.30pm on Saturday and Sunday.
You'll be based at Regent's College in Regent's Park in central London.
Clinical training starts in your second year and goes on until you finish the course. This is one extra full day's attendance a month at our student clinic based at Ainsworth's Pharmacy.
Full-time
You'll be based at the Royal London Homeopathic Hospital in central London, studying alongside our BSc students. Teaching is two days a week, three weeks a month over three terms from October to June each year. The College day is 10am to 5pm on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Clinical training starts in the last term of your first year and goes on until your final year. This involves one full day attendance a month at our student clinic based at Ainsworth's Pharmacy.
